Fall has officially settled in Las Cruces – the weather is getting colder, coffee shops and bakeries are offering all things pumpkin, the leaves are turning beautiful shades of yellows and reds, and zombies are taking over Main Street. Wait what?!
Presented by the Downtown Las Cruces Partnership, this year’s Zombie Walk on Main Street is a free event you won’t want to miss! Youth and adults alike can parade down Main Street in their scariest and finest zombie costumes. Anyone is welcome to dress up, but for those who wish to be a part of the costume contest sponsored by Zia Comics, can register here.
All this walking may make you hungry for more than just brains, so be sure to check out the different food and craft vendors! Enjoy a blast to the past as zombies dance to Michael Jackson’s Thriller. Food trucks, live music, and carnival entertainment will be at the Plaza de Las Cruces all night!
