In 2016 Downtown Las Cruces Partnership welcomed a total of six new businesses with specialties ranging from yoga, baking, photography, and home services. DLCP is so grateful to have such an enthusiastic group of business owners come to downtown.

Dwell Yoga – Jane Bloom

Interested in starting 2017 off with yoga? Come check out Jane Bloom’s yoga studio. A one-of-a-kind juice shop has opened up in Las Cruces. DwellFresh Juice offers customers handcrafted juices made from organic produce to help cleanse and boost their systems. These juices are great after yoga class, in-between meetings, or to start off your day. Butler Baking Co. – Candice Butler

With yummy muffins, cookies, and cakes Butler Baking Co. is hard to miss when visiting downtown. Come to Butler Baking Co. to satisfy your sweet tooth. The bakery is complete with cafe tables to let customers talk, study, and read. Need a special order for an event? Butler Baking has you covered! With many options to choose from you will find a recipe that will fit any function.

Peebs and Oli – JR Tarin and Stephanie Buck

Named after their two adorable Italian Greyhounds, Pablo and Olive, Peebs and Oli is a specialty workshop with a focus on refurbishing and up-cycling furniture and household items. Each item is handcrafted in their workshop which allows customers to get a completely unique item. Craftsmanship and attention to detail are top priorities, as well as providing an affordable alternative to big box retailers.

Southwest Creative Company – Bianca Padilla and Anthony Quiterio

With Bianca’s photography and graphic design skills, and Anthony’s videography and editing, the pair has started a business in media creativity. From wedding and engagement shoots to NMSU promotional shoots Southwest Creative Company brings experience and skill to all of their projects.
