Linda M. Lee

Linda joined the DLCP board of directors in 2017 to become part of a dedicated team committed to downtown Las Cruces development.  She believes a vibrant and thriving downtown is an invaluable city asset and an economic driver for the entire community.  Prior to moving to Las Cruces, Linda was a 15-year downtown resident of St. Paul, MN actively involved in downtown revitalization and Mississippi riverfront development.

Linda is a business executive with corporate, line and agency experience in business and marketing communications management spanning numerous industries.  She retired as a senior vice president and corporate officer of a $2billion health care company in Minnesota.  Shortly thereafter, she served as a business consultant for 2 ½ years in the U.S. Peace Corps in Ukraine.  Linda is an International Election Observer with the OSCE (Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe), has served on several boards of directors, including the Animal Humane Society, is a hospice and end-of-life vigil volunteer and an artist with Artists of Picacho Hills.

Linda and her husband share a passion for experiencing cultures around the world and travel about six months of each year.
