Jennifer L. Garcia Kozlowski

Jennifer L. Garcia Kozlowski is in her first year as Executive Director of Downtown Las Cruces Partnership (DLCP), an accredited New Mexico and 2018 Main Street America program. Ms. Garcia Kozlowski also takes on the lead role for the new Las Cruces Arts and Cultural District, authorized by New Mexico Arts Commission November 2018.

She has over 20 years’ experience in campaign finance, community organizing, volunteer recruitment, nonprofit administration, and grant management. Garcia Kozlowski was appointed to the NM Department of Economic Development and the Governor’s Office of Homeland Security during Governor Bill Richardson (NM) administration.

Jennifer is currently in her second year as President of the Junior League of Las Cruces. She also serves on the governing body for New America School, Las Cruces as Treasurer. As well as an alumna of the American Council of Young Political Leaders.
